Some of the worstest base art on the internet. And some of the best too, but those are for special occasions.

We have two mods here, Squirtle and Paisley, who both work slightly more than not at all to ensure that this blog provides you with a steady stream of drek.

Kinda.

Shit happens sometimes, but we usually update somewhat frequently, maybe.

If you see something you want removed, just ask us and we'll take it down for you right away.

you do, i submitted it a while ago. i actually got the picture from this blog because i deleted the account it was on a couple months ago

Oh.  I thought it looked familiar.

i decided to do the compare an contrast thing too
on the left was the first base, or ms paint, drawing ever
and on the right is a more recent one

I’m not 100% on this, but I think we have that first image.

Good base because I’m running low on bad base art and don’t feel like getting more at the moment.

Do you think I’ve improved since this?

The one with brown hair is one of my first edits, and the main picture is mine now. uvu

Really, anything is an improvement from the original picture.  You have grasped the concept of outlines, as well as some tiny amount of shading. I will say this now, it’s not exactly good shading, but shading is really fucking hard, and no one knows how it works.
Not even god knows how shading works.  He didn’t make it.  Satan did.  Which is why it is the bane of every artist ever.
You also seem to have gained more control over the pencil tool.  Which is fine, but might I suggest the curve tool?  It takes more time initially, but you have much greater control over what you’re doing, and the results will look much nicer.
I would also invest in some tutorials.  You can’t have too many free lessons!  ~Paisley

Gee, I wonder which part was the edit… /sarcasmAlso their gallery is full of screenshots of dress up games so I have no idea if this is serious or not.

This is a strange breed of base that’s only bad as a base, when you put clothes on it it becomes much less terrible.
Case in point, a skirt to hide her broken pelvis and lack of a crotch.
